Once you complete the form and purchase, our staff will reach out to schedule your First Visit on a day and time that fits your schedule best.
We will then prepare to meet you and do an assessment on your pool/equipment and get all necessary documentation and preliminary pool condition reports on file.
Then we’re ready to start weekly service.
These steps allow us to ensure that we will be able to provide you the Longhorn level of service and exceed any pool cleaning experiences you’ve had previously.
We are ready to add your pool to our list and take all your pool cleaning concerns off of yours.
Test and balance of pool chemistry to ensure safe and healthy swimming conditions
Brush surfaces, including walls, ledges, and steps
Net surface debris
Removal of any debris in skimmer and pump baskets
Complete inspection of filter, pump, skimmers, panels, and all equipment components
Weekly recap email detailing chemical levels
Before and after photos of every clean for your records
